  This guy is a sadistic butcher. I was literally attacked with a novocaine needle when it took more than usual to get me numb.
  
  His assistant had a horrified look on her face through the whole ordeal. I felt bad that they have to deal with him on a daily basis.
  
  Not only do I wish I could give this cocky a-hole negative stars, but I also believe that he should have his dental license revoked.
