  They didn't honor contract, never contacted..... Then billed for$1800.....straight crooks

  My go-to company for years. I normally do not write google reviews, but after googling to find their number, I was surprised by the negative comments. Harmony does my seasonal check-up for my furnace and A/C as well as whenever service calls are needed. Whenever I have had a heat issue, they have come out ASAP. For non-emergent issues, i usually have to wait no more than 1/2 a day. I had a complicated repair this winter and Harmony first tried to fix the problem with a small replacement (instead of up-selling me). When that didn't work, they went back and finished the job. Their service techs are polite, knowledgeable and efficient. I have been in my house for 15 years and I have never even considered calling anyone else.
