  I can't speak highly enough about Rich and his company. We had tried to use another septic company for our new home and septic system. However, that company kept giving us the run around and treating us like our emergent septic issues did not matter. I placed one call to Rich and he scheduled his guys to come out THAT VERY DAY once I explained the emergent issue. He did what he could do that day (a friday) and came back first thing Monday morning to finish up. I am so incredibly beyond impressed with his work ethic, communication and promptness. Especially compared to the previous company who cancelled on us repeatedly and unnecessarily. Rich has my business for as long as I own this home. I want to hug the man.
