  One of the receiptionists is unbelievably rude. I called to correct the spelling of my husband’s name because the insurance company was denying the claim due to the misspelling. She had a very rude tone from the start. She told me I need to tell them these things- which was the reason for my call. When I asked to speak to someone else who would be more polite she said absolutely not. So I asked for a supervisor and she said there was not a supervisor. When I said I’d call back tomorrow to speak the doctor she said, ‘Oh no you won’t,” and hung up on me. I can’t believe how rude she was. We will not be back.
